All SmartTap products are custom-made and personalized for each customer. By placing an order, you confirm that all submitted information, branding assets, links, and contact details are accurate.

Bridge is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted during the ordering or onboarding process.

Production & Processing

All products require production and setup time before shipment. Estimated processing times are provided on the website and may vary depending on customization requirements and order volume.

Digital Profiles & Setup

Bridge provides customized digital profile setup and SmartTap functionality as part of select products and services.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate links and contact information
  • Maintaining access to third-party accounts and platforms
  • Reviewing submitted information before approval

Bridge reserves the right to refuse content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or violates intellectual property rights.

NFC Compatibility

SmartTap products are designed to work with most modern smartphones that support NFC technology. Some older devices or unsupported devices may require QR code usage instead.

Bridge is not responsible for limitations caused by unsupported devices or third-party software restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All Bridge branding, logos, graphics, product designs, website content, and SmartTap branding elements remain the property of Bridge unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping
